what does it look like to practice everyday?

Everyday I have an opportunity to practice. For me it’s learning a language, practicing yoga, showing up in my painting studio or simply learning how to practice pausing.
I need to keep in mind what the definition of practice is – practice means, training, rehearsal, repetition.
The question, what does it look like to practice everyday? The answer has to be show up, even when I don’t feel like it. I’m a practitioner.
