Knowing when it’s time to rest takes practice. Letting the storm clouds pass takes practice. Taking a moment to sit takes practice. Allowing yourself to take in a long slow breath takes practice. Now I’m following the rhythm of my life.

Giving myself a moment to get my footing has given me perspective.

With that perspective comes space to just pause.

We don’t always have to do something right away with our new found knowledge. We may never have to respond or act on our new view.

A new perspective can be enough.
