My definition of looking for balance is, becoming aware of when to give and when to take, also what is needed and what needs to be left alone. Allowing is another word.
Learning to hold the pain and the beauty of life is a balancing act and is also allowing these feeling to be felt at the same time. Not easy but important.
Balance isn’t boring, it’s really being present.
